Friday – June 22, 2012 – I participated in my first public exhibit of my artwork. I took a few paintings to an event in our arrondisement called Zaza Arts – Le 8eme fete de l’artistes de 15e. (The 8th annual party of the artists of the 15th). It was very casual. The setting was nice, an open-air covered market place near George Brassens park. It was very casual. I didn’t know what to expect so I just brought 3 big paintings on canvas that I hung on the fence. There was music and food and neighbors and artists walking around looking at the art work.
